📦 What MySellerDesk Is (and Isn't)
- ✓A tool to manage your orders, bills, shipping labels, and analytics.
- ✓WhatsApp message templates — sent from your own WhatsApp. We never access your account.
- ✗Not a courier — We don't pick up or deliver parcels.
- ✗Not a payment gateway — We don't process money. We only help you track who paid.
- ✗No uptime guarantee — We aim for 99% but occasional maintenance may happen.

Breaking these may result in your account being suspended without a refund.
- ✗Don't use MySellerDesk for anything illegal under Indian law.
- ✗Don't spam or harass customers using the WhatsApp feature.
- ✗Don't share, resell, or let others use your account.
- ✗Don't try to hack or reverse-engineer the platform.
- ✓Your data is yours — export anytime from Settings. Request deletion anytime; we'll process within 30 days.
